Peppers

Plain Jane's greenhouse colored bell peppers are blocky, or as wide as they are tall.  All peppers start out green, but while green peppers are harvested before they are ripe, colored peppers are allowed to ripen on the vine naturally.  Plain Jane offers red, yellow, and orange peppers.

Greenhouse peppers are not exposed to rain spotting, bug marks, and other problems that are typical for their field-grown or shade-grown counterparts, and are therefore able to retain their natural beauty.
